The last eight tie is finely balanced at 1-1 as the Iranians were pegged back in Korea a fortnight ago when Mohammed Ghazi's goal was cancelled out by Park Hyun-bem.
It means a goalless draw on Wednesday at the Foolad Shahr Stadium in Esfahan will suffice for Zob Ahan to progress to the last four.
Ebrahimzadeh, though, vowed his team would not sit back against Suwon.
"We will undoubtedly have a very difficult ninety-minute clash as Suwon come to the field to win the game, meaning that we should not think about a draw," said Ebrahimzadeh.
"We should try our best to defeat Suwon Samsung tomorrow afternoon to seal our spot in the next round. That's the only option we have at the moment.
"In this game we are trying to win to give credit to Iranian football. Suwon failed to connect with any deep passes and consequently they opted to send long balls in the first game. So we had to play a little bit tighter to defend against their long balls and crosses."
Ebrahimzadeh acknowledged Suwon's strength but feels his players are well-equipped to see off the Koreans' challenge.
"I believe Suwon Samsung is a very good team, very well organised in different lines and areas so I can't say where they are stronger," he added.
"Our players scored in the first match due to organised tactical teamwork. I shall say my players are generally better than Suwon's men.
"Fortunately, we have now better information and knowledge about our Korean rivals. If you expect me to predict the result here in the press conference, I shall let you know that results are not defined in meetings with the media. This would be impossible.
"We are aware Suwon is a strong team but we are playing at home and wish to defeat them with a superb performance."
Zob Ahan defender Mohammad Salsali agreed with Ebrahimzadeh's mindset.
"We have a tough ninety-minute match ahead of us. We are not even thinking about drawing the game, we should only win and that's the only duty we have for tomorrow," he said.
"Suwon are a good team, I hope we can qualify after playing a good game."
