
PLDC - Iran national team head coach Amir Ghalenoei has announced his 30-man squad for the 2026 World Cup camp in Turkey.
The biggest surprise is the absence of striker Sardar Azmoun, who was reportedly left out following his public stance against the Islamic Republic. The squad announcement also comes while uncertainty remains regarding visa issues for the national team.
