The fans sharply criticized the club's officials for their failure to sign a manager with only three weeks remaining to the start of the Premier League's new season.
Persepolis has been without a head coach since Portuguese Nelo Vingada's resignation in late May.
Persepolis was close to signing a deal with Dutch coach Wim Rijsbergen. However, the head of Iran's Physical Education Organization (PEO) opposed the deal.
The fans also expressed their string disapproval with Persepolis' 'inefficient management' which they said resulted in 'superstars leaving the club'.
Several of Persepolis' key players, such as Rahman Rezaei, Alireza Nikbakht Vahedi, Ivan Petrovic, Mazyar Zare, Pejman Nouri and Mehdi Vaezi have left for other clubs while the club has so far failed to persuade Ali Karimi into renewing his contract.
More people continue to sign the petition, called the 'Red Petition' which has been created by Persepolis' official fans club.
Pressure has mounted on the club's chief executive Abbas Ansarifard to resign.
The PEO, which throws its heavy financial support behind Persepolis, planned to replace Ansarifard with Habib Kashani. However, Kashani, who was the club's CEO before Ansarifard, has not agreed to take up the post.
