PLDC – Reza Shekari has reached an agreement to join Persepolis but he needs Russian football team Rubin Kazan’s permission.
Shekari joined Rubin Kazan in 2017 from Zob Ahan and made his Russian Premier League debut in April 2018 in a match against FC Akhmat Grozny.
Persepolis has already signed Farshad Ahmadzadeh and Shekari will be the team’s second signing.
The 21-year-old attacking midfielder scored a goal against Persepolis in the Iran’s Hazfi Cup, where Zob Ahan won the match 2-0 in 2015.

“I talked to Mr. Arab (Persepolis general manager) and reached an agreement to join Persepolis. But I need Rubin Kazan’s permission,” Shekari said.
Persepolis is willing to sign the attacking midfielder on a permanent deal but his release-clause is high.
