Tasnim - Iranian Persepolis football club is keen to extend Branko Ivankovic’s contract, official said.
“There is no option better than Branko for Persepolis. Undoubtedly, his contract will be extended," Hamid-Reza Garshasbi, member of Persepolis' board of directors.
Branko took charge of Persepolis in early April on an 18-month deal.
The 61-year-old Croat replaced Hamid Derakhshan in Iran’s popular team.
Persepolis is one of the favorite to win Iran Professional League (IPL) in the current season.
