PFDC - ESFAHAN/TEHRAN, Brazilian striker Bruno Cesar offered his willingness to play for the Iranian national team after a streak of impressive preformances for recent IPL winner Sepahan.

The 26 year old netted seven goals for Sepahan in the Iranian Professional League as well as the Asian Champions league so far out of the eight matches he's played for the Isfahan based team.

Before signing at Sepahan in 2011, the Brazilian has played for Armenian giants Banants Yerevan and Incheon United in 2010.

Other foreign players in the IPL have also expressed their willingness to start for Iran, such as former Esteghlal and fellow Brazilian mid-fielder Fabio Januario. One of the winners of the 'Best Foreign player' award in 2008/2009, Ivan Petrovic showed his interest in Iran three years ago in 2009 when Ali Daei was Team Melli's coach.

Cesar made the statement on Iran's Navad show, stating 'if he gets the oppurtunity, he will definately consider playing fo Iran'. The forward also added Sepahan has been a very 'professional club' making living in Iran less of a hassle.
