Persepolis is scheduled to play Qatari Al Gharafa on Tuesday in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
“Al Gharafa comes here to beat us at the Azadi since we have a difficult match. Persepolis has defeated Al Gharafa 3-0 in its soil but we take nothing for granted in this match,” Ali Karimi said.
“We have to concentrate on the match because our main objective is to qualify for the next stage as the first team. Hopefully, our fans come to the stadium to support us,” the 34-year-old said.
