UAE friendly against Iran cancelled [VIDEO]

Khaleejtimes - Yousuf Yaqoub Al Serkal, chairman of the interim committee of the UAE Football Association, on Thursday announced the cancellation of the UAE football friendly against Iran scheduled for April 17, 2012 at the Fujairah Stadium.

The decision comes in line with the UAE’s condemnation of a visit by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmedinajad to Abu Mousa Island which has been occupied by Iran since 1971.
