The match was originally scheduled for January 29 in Shiraz but the date has been changed due to Iran’s Professional League (IPL) timetable.
“Iran’s Hazfi Cup final will be played between 10 March to 20 March. The organization was forced to change the date of the match since we don’t want to change (IPL) timetable,” Aziz Mohammadi said.
Esteghlal beat Shahrdari of Yasuj 1-0 in Iran’s Hazfi Cup semifinals while the Busheher based Shahin defeated Mes of Kerman 2-0.
The winner of the match will advance to next season’s AFC Champions League.
