In the match held at the Sultan bin Zayed Stadium, Mahbubeh Yousefpour hit a brace in the 15th and 32nd minutes and Nasimeh Sadat Gholami netted twice in 43rd and 48th minutes.
Amneh Al Shater was on target in the 66th minute but it proved to be only a consolation for the Syrians as Iran topped the table with a 100% record.
Iran has already defeated Lebanon (8-1) and the UAE (4-1) in Group B. The Iranian outfit will play Jordan on Monday.
