Referring to the plans that Portuguese coach of Iranian football team Carlos Queiroz has presented to the IFF, Torabian told ISNA that, "he has comprehensive programs."
"Queiroz wants to follow the same pattern implemented on Manchester United for Iranian football and this issue is welcomed by us. We are determined this is going to happen", he added.
The former Real Madrid manager Queiroz, who has been Sir Alex Ferguson's assistant at Manchester United for five years, arrived in Tehran last Monday and signed a three-year contract with IFF.
The 57-year-old Queiroz has served as Sir Alex's assistant at Manchester United twice -- in 2002-2003 and 2004-2008 -- before and after managing Real Madrid in 2003-2004 season.
