MNA - Persepolis deservedly won over Pas of Hamedan 3-0 on Saturday in the 19th week of the Iran Professional League (IPL).

Tehran popular team had lost 3-0 to Pas last year in the Iran Elimination Cup and got a sweet revenge in Hamedan’s Ghods Stadium.

Ebrahim Tore put the visitors ahead in the 64th minutes, heading a cross from Ali Karimi on the verge of six yards area.

Hossein Badamaki got himself on the score sheet five minutes later. He received a good pass from Mohammad Mansouri at the center of Pas’ box and flicked the ball wonderfully into the far side of the net.

Nine minutes remaining, Ebrahim Tore scored again, planting the ball into the goal from close range after a bouncing cross was sent to him by Ali Karimi.

Persepolis climbed to third spot with 33 points, behind Esteghlal and Zob Ahan with 37 points.
