Mostafavi: “Peyrovani remains Persepolis caretaker”

MNA - Newly-appointed Persepolis general manager said on Saturday that Afshin Peyrovani stays as the team’s caretaker until a new head coach for this team is appointed.

Speaking at Persepolis’ first training session, Daryush Mostafavi said,” We are making efforts to find the best coach for Persepolis but it may take time, therefore Peyrovani is the team’s caretaker.”

He told players,“You have raised the people’s expectations after winning the Iran’s Professional League championship and be sure they will pay tribute to you. I don’t care about where you stand at the end of the season but you ought to do your best.”
