Payam of Khorasan qualifies for IPL

MNA - Payam of Khorasan soccer team booked a place in the Iran’s Professional League(IPL) after beating Foulad of Khuzestan on Thursday on goal difference here at the Takhti Stadium.
Two teams shared a goalless draw in the first leg of the Iran’s First Division play-off in Mashad last week. Payam managed to qualify for the IPL current season after drawing 1-1 against its hosts.

Ahmad Momenzadeh put Foulad ahead in the 15th minute but Ghasem Akbari equalized the match nine minutes before the end of the match in front of around 20,000 spectators.

Sepahan Novin has already booked a place in the IPL after the team won over Steel Azin 2-1 in Tehran two weeks ago.
