Armenian Football Team Defeated in Iran Competition

FNA- Armenian National football team participated in a football competition held in Iran on 26-28 January.

According to the press secretariat of Armenian Football Federation (AFF), the guests have played two friendlies in Iran.

"Our team played with Iran national second team and lost the game by 2:5 scores. Karo Hovhannisyan from Russian 'Mitishi' and Armen Sanamyan from Yerevan 'Europe' were separated for their good work," the secretariat said.

"After that our national team met with Iran National team and again lost the game: 3:8."

The Armenian football team is also due to play with Czech Republic, Finland, and Azerbaijan from February 27 to March 2.
