Iran names four clubs for AFC assessment

MNA – Iran Monday named four clubs for the assessment of Iran Pro League by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

Three AFC representatives from Japan are scheduled to arrive here Sept. 18 to visit the facilities of SAIPA, Paykan, Saba Battery, and Rah Ahan.

The AFC will decide on Iran’s quota in the Asian Champions League in 2009 after receiving the trio’s report.
