PTV - The Iranian women's soccer team has defeated Lebanon 3-0 in the West Asian Women's Football Championships in the Jordanian capital of Amman.

Zahra Ghanbari scored two goals and Freshteh Karimi scored one goal for Iran.

The team will face Jordan in its next match, Wednesday, Sep 5th.

The Iranian women's national team has been participating in International tournaments organized by Islamic countries, since last year .
