Iranian footballers head to Jordan

PTV - The Iranian women's soccer team has left Tehran, to participate in the upcoming second west Asian championships taking place in Jordan.

The squad is planning to play the Syrian team in Damascus, before attending the competitions in the Jordanian capital of Amman. The team will next face teams from Lebanon and Jordan.

The Iranian women's national team has been participating in International tournaments organized by Islamic countries, since last year.
