Iran’s Shensa wins World Cup-style futsal title

MNA – Iran’s Shensa beat the Portuguese side Sporting 10-7 in the final of a World Cup-style tournament in Portugal Sunday.

Ebrahim Mas’udi scored four goals for Iran while his teammate Davud Abbassi struck two and Vahid Ebrahim, Esmaeil Azimi, Mohsen Zarei, and Mostafa Imanvand netted one each.

Iranian keeper Javad Montazeri was named Player of the Final and Zarei was picked as Technical Player of the Tournament.
