Hashemian hails new Hanover 96 coach

IRIB - Vahid Hashemian who recently returned to the starting formation of Hanover 96, has praised his new coach Dieter Hecking for having reinstilled self-confidence in his playing abilities.

"I feel very well with Hecking. He talks a lot with the players and gives them self-esteem," DPA quoted Hashemian as saying on Friday.

Meanhwile Hanover's trainer also commended Hashemian's performance saying the former Bayern Munich striker is currently playing very well.

Hashemian whose squad is placed 16th in the 18-team Bundesliga, has scored three goals in nine matches this season.

Hanover will host VfL Bochum later in the evening.
