Golmohammadi lost passport, was late

IRIB - Yahya Golmohammadi trained with the rest of the I.R. of Iran squad for the first time Tuesday, having been delayed in Iran because of passport problems.

The defender was unable to board the flight to Germany with the rest of the squad and missed training on Sunday and Monday as a result.

"He lost his passport and had to wait two days," Iran coach Branko Ivankovic said.

"Golmohammadi has 69 caps for his country and is expected to start in Iran's first match of the world cup finals, against Mexico on June 11."
