Iran footballers to take on Croatia

IRIB - Iran's national football team will take on its Crotian side in a World Cup warm-up, in the Crotian city of Osik, on Sunday at 19:30 Tehran time.

Mexico, Iran's first rival in the world cup final, were defeated by France 1-0, Saturday night.

Portugal who is the second team to play Iran in the World Cup, crushed Cape Verde Islands 4-1, in a World Cup warm-up in Evora, on Saturday.

Iran will face Mexico and Portugal in group D, on June 11th and 17th, respectively.
