IRIB - FC Kaiserslautern coach Wolfgang Wolf has told several of his team players -- among them Iranian midfielder Ferydoon Zandi -- they are free to leave the southwest German Bundesliga club following their recent woeful performances, the football bi-weekly Kicker sport magazine said on Thursday.

Wolf has reportedly informed FCK reserve players Berkant Goektan, Lucien Mettomo, Thomas Riedl, Jochen Seitz and Zandi on Wednesday that they will not play any role in his team plans for the coming year.

"I am going my way. Those affected (players) know that it is over. I want a clear situation," said the FCK trainer, whose squad was last dead at the half-time of the 18-team Bundesliga season.

The 26-year-old Zandi, who joined Kaiserslautern in 2004 on a two-year deal, has sporadically played in 11 matches this season.
