6 new players in training camp

Tehran - Iran's Croatian coach Branko Ivankovic has included six new faces for a training camp in England, which will begin this month-end. The list does not include those who are playing abroad.

The list of 28 Iran Pro League players include newcomers like Hossein Ashna, Andranik Teymourian, Gholamreza Eidi Zadeh, Farshad Bahadorani, Hadi Shakoori, and Meisam Monei.

Iran is scheduled to play three friendly matches in England against Queens Park Rangers, Millwall and Portsmouth on July 23, July 30, and August 6 respectively. Iran have already qualified for the 2006 World Cup and will face Japan in an inconsequential Group B World Cup qualifying match on August 17.
