Experts to pick Player of the IPL on Sept 8

IRNA - Football experts will vote for the best player in 2003-2004 Iran Pro League in Olympic Hotel, west of Tehran, on September 18.
The poll also aims to introduce the all-star IPL team in last season.
Iranian automaker Iran Khodro will award Player of the IPL a Samand car.
