Blues of Ahvaz propose a five million dollar deal to Rivaldo!

PLDC - After it was reported that Rivaldo, the Brazilian star football player had rejected a three million dollar proposal from a Saudi club, Esteghlal of Ahvaz has offered Rivaldo five million dollars.

Ali Shafizadeh told our reporter: "We have contacted his agent with our offer but we have not yet received a reply from him mostly because he has offers from some other clubs as well."
A reporter later asked Mr. Shafizadeh whether he thinks that a player such as Rivaldo would come to play in Iran in the current situation, and the managing director of Esteghlal Ahvaz replied: "We have negotiated with a few companies that will help us pay this amount of money that are willing to sponsor this deal and we think that bringing a player such as Rivaldo will help our football and can be beneficial."

At the end Mr. Shafizadeh mentioned that if the Rivaldo deal goes down, the club will bring a few star players for the next season.
