PLDC - “Everything that is said about my trip to the country of Qatar is only a rumor, especially when Qatar’s soccer national team is busy playing in the Gulf Cup in Kuwait.” said the Iranian coach. “Presently, Branko Ivancovic and I are following Qatar and every other team’s game who play in the Gulf Cup, carefully. We are also hoping that the federation can give us their games on tape, so we can be prepared to face Qatar and the other teams that Iran is going to face them in the Asian Nation Cup.” He also mentioned, “In every case I wouldn’t leave the country at the moment, and even if I’m supposed to, I’ll be heading towards Kuwait.” “Branko will return to the country on the following Sunday or Monday and his delay doesn’t really matter, because we scheduled the date to kick off the trainings in February and there would be no camping. We’re going to follow the league games and the youth games and we’ll choose the bests for the national squad.” He continued. “In every case, we will have a busy schedule on February, and the good news is that as you know the games will be played on the national days where we can use all of the players who play inside and outside of the country.” He told us about their upcoming plans.
