Hossein Zamani

Thesun - MANCHESTER UNITED are keen to go back in for Ajax's wonderkid Hossein Zamani — who can bend it like Beckham.

The winger, 16, can play on both flanks and he is reportedly ready to leave the Johann Cruyff Arena.

Manchester City, Leicester and AC Milan are also reported to be interested, according to the Mail, while he is seen as one of the most promising young stars on the continent.

United first kept tabs on Zamani back in 2016, when scout Henny de Regt looked at Tahith Chong — who the club captured from Feyenoord.

They have already raided Ajax's academy for Dutch teenage forward Dillon Hoogewerf, who has been registered with United's academy.

Zamani scored five goals in the Under 17 Eredivisie last season.

Ajax's academy has come under the spotlight once again after they reached the Champions League semi-finals with wonderful homegrown talents like Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt.
