PLDC – Padideh football team coach Yahya Golmohammadi is a ‘serious candidate’ to replace Branko Ivankovic as Persepolis coach.
Ivankovic has reportedly joined Saudi Arabian football club Al Ahli and Persepolis’s officials are looking to find a replacement for the Croatian coach.
Golmohammadi has previously extended his contract with Padideh but according to the local media, there is a release clause which let him leave the Mashhad based football team in case of receiving offer from Persepolis.

Also, Persepolis, who had been invited to Canada, has canceled its summer training camp in the country.
The Iranian team had been invited to the North American country by Iran-Canada Friendship Society to play Canadian football teams under motto “fighting climate change and global warming”.
