Tasnim – Iran and Esteghlal long-serving right-back will retire from football on Thursday.
The 35-year-old player will hang up his boots after the match against Sepidrood in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
Heydari is one of the most-decorated Iranian footballers, winning three Iran Professional League with Esteghlal (two times) and Sepahan (one time).
He has also made 59 caps for Iran national football team.

Heydari was a member of Iran national under-23 football team, participating in the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar.
He started his playing career in 2002 at Aboomoslem and has also played at Pas, Paykan, and Sepahan.
