Tasnim – Paraguayan striker Pablo Cesar Leonardo Velazquez Centurion has been linked with a move to the Iranian football club, Esteghlal.
Esteghlal is going to strengthen itself for the 2019 AFC Champions League, where the team has been drawn along with Al-Duhail of Qatar, Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal and the UAE’s Al-Ain.
