PLDC - Slask Wroclaw coach Tadeusz Pawlowski is not satisfied with his Iranian midfielder Farshad Ahmadzadeh.
The 26-year-old player joined the top-flight Polish football team in July but failed to find his place at the regular starting XI.
Ahmadzadeh joined Wroclaw on a one-year contract as a replacement for Jakub Kosecki, who left the team for Adana Demirspor, but now Pawlowski believes that his signing has not met the expectations.
“The physical aspect of a player has the main role in his current situation. We must wait for the winter preparatory period. Farshad has yet to find himself with our team,” Pawlowski said in an interview with przegladsportowy.pl.
“Here you need to be fast, strong and he needs to work on his defensive potential. There is no place for footballers who cannot play in different types of the game. There is no place for the players who are not involved in defense,” he added.
Ahmadadeh has joined Wroclaw on a one year contract with the option of extending for another season, if the former Persepolis FC player plays a lot of minutes.
In spite of that, he must leave the team in June.
