Tasnim – Giorgi Gvelesiani joined Nassaji Mazandaran of Iran on a one-year contract on Saturday.
The contract details of the Georgian defender have not been revealed.
Gvelesiani, 27, helped Zob Ahan became runner-up in Iran Professional League last season.
He started his career in Dinamo Tbilisi in 2010 and has also played in Ukrainian team Volyn Lutsk.
On Thursday, Nassaji Mazandaran lost to Zob Ahan 1-0 in the first week of IPL’s new season.
