Majidi extends contract with Al Wasl

IRNA - Iranian striker Farhad Majidi extended his contract with Al Wasl soccer club of the United Arab Emirates on Monday. 
Majidi and the Emirati club have signed a one-year contract, the club officials said. 
Some top clubs had already offered proposals to the Iranian international but he preferred to stay in Al Wasl. 
Amsterdam's Ajax head coach has eyed Majidi and plans to travel to the UAE for watching his performance closely.
