PLDC – Saipa winger Mehdi Torabi has reached an agreement with Persepolis to join the team in January.
Persepolis football team is not allowed to sign any player until January for breaching the rules of transfer windows.
The 23-year-old player will strengthen Iran Professional League (IPL) title holder in the winter transfer window.
Torabi was a member of Iran national football team in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia but was an unused substitute in three group stage matches.
According to reports, Soroush Rafiei, who parted company with Qatari club Al-Khor, will also join Persepolis in January.
