PLDC – Mahmoud Fekri has resigned as coach of Naft Masjed Soleyman football team.
He has stepped down as his role due to financial problems.
Fekri helped Naft Masjed Soleyman win promotion to Iran Professional League (IPL) in May.
The former Esteghlal defender started his coaching career in 2007 with Shirin Faraz.
Fekri has also led Nassaji Mazandaran.
Naft Masjed Soleyman will start the IPL new season with a match against Tractor Sazi.
The IPL will kick off on July 26.
