PLDC – Esteghlal iconic midfielder Omid Ebrahimi is in doubt for the match against Zob Ahan in the second leg of the AFC Champions League Round of 16.
Ebrahimi injured in the first leg on Tuesday, where the Blues suffered a late defeat against Zob Ahan.
The midfielder has suffered a hairline fracture in his right foot.
Some media reports suggest that Ebrahimi will be ready for the must-win match, scheduled for Tuesday in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
Esteghlal midfielder Dariush Shojaeian has already missed the second leg after suffering a torn ACL in Isfahan.
