PLDC – Persepolis midfielder Kamal Kamyabinia will not require shoulder surgery despite injuring his right shoulder.
The iconic midfielder suffered an injury in the match against Al Jazira of the UAE Monday night and was forced to leave the field.
The Persepolis medical staff has announced Kamyabinia will return to the team without undergoing surgery.
Kamyabinia had already been sidelined for several months due to the shoulder surgery.
He has missed the second leg against Al Jazira which will be held in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium next week.
In the first leg held in Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium, Persepolis lost 3-2 to Al Jazira.
