Tasnim - Former Persepolis coach Mustafa Denizli has been linked with a move to Iranian top-flight team Tractor Sazi.
Current Tractor Sazi coach Yahya Golmohammadi is on the verge of parting company with the Tabriz-based team and Iranian local media reports suggest that Denizli is close to be appointed as the new head coach of Tractor Sazi.
Denizli started his coaching career in Iran football with Pas in 2004 and left the team after two years.
The former Galatasaray coach took charge of Iranian giant Persepolis in 2006 but parted ways with the team after one year.
Denizli returned to Persepolis four years later on a one-year contract.
He led Persepolis in Tehran derby against Esteghlal in February 2012, where the Reds fought back from two goals deficit to beat their arch rivals 3-2 in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
Now, the 68-year-old coach is set to take charge of the third Iranian football team.
