Tehran Times - Iranian football teams have learned their opponents at the 2018 edition of the AFC Champions League following the competition’s official draw in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.

Iran’s Tractor Sazi have been drawn in Group A along with the UAE’s Al-Jazira, Al-Ahli of Saudi Arabia and winner of Al-Gharafa of Qatar and Uzbekistan’s Pakhtakor.

Group B consists of Qatar’s Al-Duhail, Al-Wahda of the UAE, Uzbekistan’s Lokomotiv Tashkent and either Iran’s Zob Ahan or Indian Aizawl.

Persepolis of Iran were drawn with Al Sadd of Qatar, UAE's Al Wasl and either Nasaf Qarshi from Uzbekistan or Al-Faisaly of Jordan in Group C.

Saudi Arabian giants Al Hilal, who lost to Urawa Red Diamonds over two legs in this year’s final, have been drawn in Group A along with Iran’s Esteghlal, Al Rayyan of Qatar and either Al Ain of the United Arab Emirates or Bahrain's Malkiya in group D.
