Tasnim - Peyman Hosseini from Iran won the Beach Soccer Best Goalkeeper of the year award.
Hosseini showed a great performance in the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2017 in Bahamas in May and helped Iran wins third place in the competition.
His goal against Mexico was also chosen as the Best Goal of the year.
Furthermore, Iran’s captain Mohammad Ahmadzadeh was selected as the part of the best five players of the year along with Mão (Brazil), Bruno Xavier (Brazil), Mauricinho (Brazil) and Noel Ott (Switzerland).
Beach Soccer Stars ceremony was held on Saturday evening in Dubai, the UAE following the culmination of the Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup.
Iran finished third after defeating Russia 4-2 in the bronze medal match.
