Pars Jonoubi Costa Rican defender Michael Umaña opened the scoring just six minutes into the match but Hossein Ebrahimi equalized the match.
Majid Aliyari extended the lead for the host in the 32nd minute and Aloys Nong made it 3-1 in the 53rd minute.
Pars Jonoubi moved up top of the IPL table with 25 points, two points ahead of Persepolis who has one game in hand.
Esteghlal Khuzestan also defeated Siahjamegan 2-1 in another match.
