Tehran Times - Iraqi international defender Saad Natiq has been linked with a move to Persepolis football team.
A source close to the Iranian club said that they have reached an initial agreement with Natiq.
According to him, Natiq will arrive in Tehran this week to finalize his contract.
On August 26, 2015, Natiq made his first international appearance for Iraq against Lebanon in a friendly match.
Natiq, 23, currently plays for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in the Iraqi Premier League.
Iran champion has already reached agreement with Nigerian striker Godwin Mensha and former Sepahan defender Shoja Khalilzadeh.
Natiq was a member of Iraq football team in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
Qatari football club Al-Markhiya has already showed an interest to sign the Iraqi rising star.
