Tehran Times - Iranian striker Sardar Azmoun who has caught the eye of several Europe’s big clubs, is set to stay at Rostov until the end of the season.
The Iranian international has carried his goal scoring form into Rostov’s Champions League campaign this season, playing an influential role in their progress through the qualifying rounds with goals against Anderlecht and Ajax and also scoring against Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich group stage games.
The 21-year old is willing to continue his career in Europe as big teams including Liverpool, Dortmund, Benfica and Olympique de Marseille have shown interest in signing him.
Rostov is still in the European competition after finishing third in the UEFA Champions League Group D. They will play Sparta Prague in the round of 32 of Europa League and this could be an additional motivation for Azmoun to remain at the Russian side at least until the end of the season.
