PLDC - Tehran, Ali Daei has announced that he is boycotting the popular football show Navad (90).

At the end of the Hazfi Cup match: Persepolis vs Padideh, Navad's crew came towards Daei to interview him, but he denied them and said, "I will no longer do interviews with Navad. You do things that I do not approve of,  and you constantly want to create conflicts between me and other coaches."

On a previous episode, Navad revealed that Ali Daei had told the fourth official of a match to "sit down" and they slowed down the clip of him making this statement and read his lips, and this ultimately caused Daei to receive a one game suspension and a fine from the Iranian Football Federation's Disciplinary Committee.

Daei protested, "Do you think that this is fair? I will no longer do interviews with your show."
