PLDC - Shimizu, In the first match of the second half of the J League season, FC Tokyo managed a goalless draw against S-Pulse in Shimizu.


Former Persepolis and Team Melli coach, Afshin Ghotbi, is currently the manager of S-Pulse Shimizu. Aria Jasuru Hasegawa, the Japanese-Iranian midfielder who plays for FC Tokyo, played a full 90 minutes.

FC Tokyo is in the 8th position of the J-League with 27 points, and S-Pulse holds the 13th position with 23 points. Both these teams are traditionally big clubs in Japan.
