Iran is sixth in the ranking with 1702 points.

The UAE and Japan are 11th and 12th with 1019 and 1013 points, respectively.

Russia remains top of the ranking with 3500 points, followed by Portugal (3225), Brazil (2400), Italy (2099) and Tahiti (2069).

The Iranian team finished in the third place at the Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup held in the UAE in early November 2015.

Russia won the title after beating Tahiti 5-2 in the final.
