TEHRANTIMES - Persepolis and Iranian international striker Mehdi Taremi has been linked with a move to Russian Premier League club Terek Groznyi.
The 23-year old striker, who is the current top scorer of Iran Professional League, has scored 11 goals in 14 appearances in all competitions so far.
The Chechnya based club, who is currently in 7th place of Russian league table, has reportedly offered a $1m bid to sign Taremi.
Sardar Azmoun is the most famous Iranian player in Russia who plays for FC Rostov.
Taremi who joined Persepolis in the summer of 2014 has not reacted to the offer but it seems that he is eager to stay with Persepolis at least until the end of the season.
