Tasnim - Iran beach soccer team moved up one place in the latest world rankings.


Iran has moved to sixth in the world ranking and still is the best Asian team.

Russia remains top of the ranking, followed by Portugal, Brazil, Italy and Tahiti.

The Iranian team finished in third place at the Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup held in the UAE in early November.

Russia won the title after beating Tahiti 5-2 in the final.
