Iran Loses to Costa Rica at Women's Futsal World Tournament [PHOTO]

IRAN WOMEN FUTSAL

Tasnim - Iran suffered its third successive loss in the Women's Futsal World Tournament, losing to Costa Rica 2-1 in Group A.


Iran, who had lost to Portugal 3-1 and Brazil 6-0 in its first two matches, will play the fourth team of Group B for the seventh place.

Group B consists of Guatemala, Spain, Russia and Japan.

The 2015 AFC Women's Futsal Championship is the sixth edition of the Women's Futsal World Tournament, the premier world championship for women's national futsal teams.

The six-day tournament is in progress in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
